So far, we have successfully organized more than 50 business conferences in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, among which are some of the most successful and most visited conferences in the region: BSC Summit with Robert Kaplan, Adris Business Forum with Jack Welch, Adria Business Forum with Tom Peters, Start Up Croatia, etc.;

In recent years, our work has been dominated by in-house business education tailored to the client’s needs, and business consulting for organization design, for creating job systematizations (which is our specialty), for creating procedures that optimize business processes. Psychological testing and assessment of candidates for job, psychological testing and assessment of employee potential, comprehensive support in the field of labor relations, creation of reward and motivation systems, creation of bonus schemes… etc. are some of the services in the field of human resources management that we have been successfully providing for our clients for more than fifteen years.

Academy – Soft Skills

The Academy Soft Skills is a practical educational program with selected topics from business psychology, tailored to the client’s needs. The typical duration of the program is 3 to 8 days (24 to 64 school hours), with the duration and topics determined in consultation with the client based on their preferences. Depending on the client’s needs, each of the offered workshops can be extended beyond the specified number of hours. Additionally, the Academy can include additional topics or workshops not listed in the primary program, such as Customer Service, Proactive Sales, Effective Business Meetings, etc.

Academy – Proactive Leadership

Through our previous work, we have organized business conferences with leading global business leaders and experts in proactive leadership and business management. We have previously brought Jack Welch, Tom Peters, and Robert Kaplan to Croatia to promote the best leadership and management methods. Often, professors who teach leadership do so based on “paper” knowledge, i.e., what they have learned from books, research, and perhaps some experiences and observations on the topic. In other words, without real experience working in high-level leadership positions.

Analysis and Optimization of Business Processes and Creation of AV Instructions

Disorganized business processes usually cause great difficulties in the daily work of organizations. Business processes that break through several departments are a particular problem. If the obligations, activities, responsibilities, deadlines for the execution of certain work procedures of actors of work procedures from different departments are not crystal clear, which is often the case, then dysfunctions, errors, conflicts, shifting of responsibility for errors between departments, situations where such processes are performed much slower, with more costs and errors than would be desirable and permissible.
